Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations by Organizer:
• If the organizer cancels the training for any reason, including but not limited to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be issued to attendees.
• The organizer will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.
2. Force Majeure:
• If the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), attendees will be offered the choice of:
• A full refund of all payments made, or
• Credits for a future session of equivalent value.
• The organizer will communicate with attendees to confirm their preference.
3. Attendance Policies:
• All attendees are required to complete the Pleiadian Lightwork Entry Course prior to attending the training. Failure to meet this requirement may result in loss of registration without a refund.
• Late arrivals or missed sessions will not result in forfeiture of registration. However, attendees will not be eligible for compensation or private sessions to make up for lost time.
4. Liability Waiver:
• The organizer will not be held liable for injuries, travel issues, or other damages not directly caused by the organizer. Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal well-being.
5. Venue and Logistics:
• The training will be conducted in a hybrid format, with in-person sessions held in Mount Shasta, California, and remote sessions available online.
• Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel and accommodation.
6. Intellectual Property:
• All training materials, including but not limited to slides, recordings, and handouts, are the property of Dolphin Star Temple and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Attendees may use these materials for personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of the materials in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the organizer.
7. Dispute Resolution:
• Any disputes arising from the training will be resolved through mediation conducted by the Board of Directors of the Dolphin Star Temple. The decision of the board will be considered final and binding.
8. Health & Safety:
• For in-person attendees, there are no specific health requirements such as proof of vaccination or masks. Attendees are encouraged to follow local health guidelines as applicable.
9. Other Terms:
• Early Bird Discounts: A discounted rate is available for registrations made before the early bird deadline (date to be specified separately).
• Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the training. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the training without a refund.
