What is life?

Live. Live your life. Keep healing yourself so you can live more. Often you forget to live and you forget how strong your power of manifestation is. And that is why you continue to create wounds. Sometimes it all just becomes too much, and this is exactly the time to just be still. It's time to take a break and live. It’s time to slow down and breathe. 

Inge: What is life?

Life is the experience you are having right now. Life is the sum of all the feelings you experience. Life is a wonderful game you are playing. Make sure you keep having fun in the game. And we know it's hard sometimes. That sometimes you go through events that you would rather not experience. And yet these experiences are your gold. The treasures you collect on the way. They always lead you to a more beautiful version of yourself, even if it's hard to believe at the time it’s happening.  Sometimes you wonder why this is happening to you again. Why me?

Those 'negative' experiences are precisely the moments of victory in which you can be confronted with your invincibility and strength. The greatest crisis in your life brings out the greatest treasures in you. 

Life is endlessly valuable; it’s a collection of the hardest and the most beautiful moments. One day you will look back on your time here and want to cherish every heart beat again. Therefore, be aware of every moment. There is a reason why you often hear the saying, “Live in the moment”.  That way you will always find safety, because you are always safe in the present moment. And if a real physical danger arrives, you can react appropriately because you are completely in the here and now.

Sometimes breathing is all you can do to get through a moment. Your breath connects you to your life force. It is your connection to the world around you. Breathe freely. Connect to each moment through your breath. If you find yourself being too much into your head, or too much into your emotions: breathe. Feel your body. With all the physical discomforts. All these feelings belong. It’s an all-inclusive experience being in your body. We are telling you; your body is your greatest gift and your greatest challenge in this dimension.

Connect with your body.  Connect through your breath, and through movement. Be conscious by looking at your surroundings. Don't close yourself off from it. The more you are aware of your body and your surroundings, the greater your powers of perception become. It acts like a compass - the way you look at your surroundings and how you are aware of your body. You feel alive. Moment by moment. Every moment, every breath.
